It's a typical beef tongue shop, and although it seems like it's only open at terminal stations in Tokyo, it's always crowded. Even after we finished eating, the staff kept offering us tea. There aren't many young people here, and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Located on the 3rd floor of the station building directly connected to Funabashi Station. convenience. I like Negishi quite a lot, and I have the impression that it is a restaurant where you can eat consistently delicious beef tongue as I have eaten it here and there. The service here was excellent! ! It was quite crowded when I visited, but was it the leader of the cast members at that time? The person in charge? There wasn't a single person who served customers that made me feel uncomfortable just because they were busy. He speaks politely, smiles, and refills the tea in a timely manner, and his private conversation is never too loud, and after each customer leaves, he thoroughly cleans himself with alcohol before preparing for the next customer. I had it on and felt safe. I've been to several restaurants inside Chapeau, but this one had by far the best service. I won't mention the names of other restaurants because I think it's wrong to criticize others and praise them, but Negishi was the best. The meat was delicious and I will go again.

I always go with the green onion set. The quality of the meat is good, and the customer service is pleasant. I think it's good for people who want to eat a lot and ask for refills of rice. The store also feels clean.
