Since the tongue was so wonderful, I thought it would have been more delicious if the restaurant had taken the initiative in seasoning it, including seasoning, rather than just using the lemon juice in the provided container. It is true that the food tasted bad even if I complained about it. I recommend a brand of beef called Iimura Beef, and choose the rib roast from among them. I ate the meat with the rib core and rib maki while cutting it with scissors, and it was very fatty and delicious. I ate the special ribs, top loin, skirt steak, yakishabu, and meat, but when I think back on it... The top loin had too little fat and had a bad texture, and the skirt steak was a little sad compared to the other meats, so maybe choosing top to special is the right choice at a yakiniku restaurant. The side menu is delicious, and there are many types of desserts, all of which are delicious, so I think this is a restaurant that you can enjoy eating in any situation. I was very satisfied. First of all, the restaurant is new and very clean, so you can eat comfortably. All the meat that comes out is soft and delicious. In particular, the upper tongue and upper skirt steak were exquisite. Of the 4 types of kimchi, the pickled plum kimchi was so delicious that I ordered a second helping. I highly recommend the bibimbap noodles that I ate at the end.
