The premium beef tongue is definitely delicious, but I was impressed by the pork offal. Delicious meat with salt and pepper is the best.

It was the first store I went to since I was able to go sightseeing, and I was so excited. First of all, the store staff welcomed me with a warm atmosphere♪ When I ordered grilled beef tongue, they put charcoal in the hearth on the table and I grilled it myself. Ajillo is also simmering in the hearth. Everything was delicious. Above all, there were many dishes that brought out the flavors of the ingredients. Finally, I tried the motsu nabe, which is popular through word of mouth, and most of the ingredients were already done, so just by heating it up, it was tender and the cabbage was delicious. However, I was concerned about the large mouth of the pepper jar, but other than that, the restaurant has a warm atmosphere despite the fact that the food is made with great care and attention. I would like to go there again when I come here.

I received very polite and courteous customer service. The food was all very delicious, from the boiled eggs to the small plates, the main meat, and the offal! Especially recommended is ``that hormone garlic''. I ended up drinking too much alcohol, and even though I was on a business trip beforehand, I was sore the next morning. lol
