I got the chashu noodles. It's the best soup with a gentle flavor that spreads on your tongue after it's refreshing at first. The char siu is a little salty, but it's just right with the soft fat that makes it trolley. The soup, the noodles, the chashu, the speed of serving, and the austere appearance of the town Chinese food was a wonderful dish.
