Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Sapporo Zangi Hompo Sapporo Station Store

One of the most delicious Zangi (Hokkaido style fried chicken) I’ve had. We ordered two of the four piece chicken set. The chicken was fried perfectly and was super juicy. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I'm a tourist and I enjoyed it a lot. Service is good, there is an English menu, and the servers try their best with communication. Many flavors of local fried chicken (Zangi), I recommend to order 1 of every flavor to share, each is smaller than the size of a fist but very tasty. I liked Yuzu Shio flavour a lot! Food was fresh and hot, service was prompt, nothing to complain about. I enjoyed my meal! Cheers from Singapore~

Their Karage is AMAZING! We ordered one of each, the chicken are perfectly deep fried and still very juicy inside. I will recommend all the ones without the sauces (basically the first 6 on the menu) as well as the half chicken. The half chicken is so juicy and delicious with a thin skin. The gyoza and ramen were alright, nothing extraordinary especially when compared to the fried chicken.
