Apart from the outer skin of the wild vegetables, the sweetness of the ingredients itself is very obvious. You can tell that they have been carefully selected. The protagonist, the fried shrimp, is also very fresh. The meat is absolutely chewy, sweet and tender. It contrasts with the crispy coating and is very delicious.
