Best fried chicken I had in Japan. They were more on the salty side due to either the salt or soy flavour which goes really well with alcohol. The coating was extremely crispy while the meat was still juicy and flavourful. The chickens were fried together with their skin on and careful though, it was way too easy to over eat as they were in 2-3 bites size pieces. The seating is limited and they do bento as well. Most of the customers take them away and for ordering just fried chicken, they would wrap them in a kitchen towel to prevent them from getting soggy. So they still stay crispy after being cold. Would totally recommend a train ride to try this.
