A Chinese restaurant chain originating from Saitama that specializes in gyoza. All stores are located in front of the station in a residential area. It's similar to the gyoza king, but it's definitely delicious. The gyoza, in particular, are authentic with chewy skin. The menu items, such as ramen, stir-fried vegetables, and hoikoro, may look ordinary at first glance, but once you try them, they are delicious. The secret seems to be in the ingredients; the vegetables themselves are made with carefully selected ingredients, mainly vegetables from Saitama Prefecture, and are crunchy. Hoikoro's pork is Mihono pork from Aomori Prefecture, and the miso is red miso from Okazaki. It is very tasty. I visited on a Sunday night, and although it was busy, I didn't have to wait long. Various cashless payments can be used for accounting.
