It seems to be a new type of charcoal-grilled yakitori fan shop, or rather an experimental store. The best feature is that you can customize the set meal to your liking with a side dish addition system called ``additional rice''. Also, this "additional rice" is cheap. In particular, the fried chicken is a size larger than a ping pong ball and costs 30 yen each, making it a highlight of the menu, regardless of profitability. After visiting the restaurant several times since it first opened, the optimal solution we came up with was, ``It's better to order the maximum number of fried chicken and croquettes.'' Even if you don't finish all the food, there are free packs to take home, so it's better to order as many as you can, with the intention of changing them from the beginning. The Chinese noodles are apparently produced by Nagi, and are delicious with Kitakata ramen-style pillowy noodles in a rich chicken stock.

This shop is located on a corner lot next to Takakuracho Coffee. I'm not sure where to sit when I enter, or if the water is self-serve, but the water is probably self-service, and since I was the only one, I sat at the counter. The table order system is quite difficult to understand. If you order ramen, you may receive an additional small ramen. It is also difficult to understand that there is additional rice. It seems like it means additional toppings. And it's even more confusing because there are some rice side dishes that don't seem to be related to ramen. Chinese noodles are light and the noodles are wide. And very delicious. The chashu is also delicious. It tasted even better when topped with additional seaweed and wakame seaweed. The charcoal-grilled yakitori oyakodon is also very delicious. I've never found charcoal-grilled oyakodon to be very delicious, but I thought this one was delicious. The dumplings are large, but I appreciate that they are crispy, juicy, and freshly baked. The fried chicken is usually delicious, but I would appreciate it if it were even more delicious. The staff are very nice, but they seem to be in a lot of trouble preparing and transporting the food. It seems like it only comes out at checkout.

Anyway, it's a store with great cost performance. I had no idea there was a store like this. The system is unique. All orders are made via touch panel. First, choose your main dish. Main dishes include salt ramen, oyakodon, curry, fried chicken set, tori nanbandon, and negitorodon. Then choose whether to add a mini version of the main dish. You can pass this one. And finally, choose additional toppings for bonus time. This is just so amazing that I can't believe my eyes. Boiled eggs are 30 yen, croquettes are 30 yen, fried chicken is 30 yen, french fries are 60 yen, and two large gyoza are 80 yen, which is a bargain price that is cheaper than the supermarket side dishes. What's more, you can get a free Tupperware to take home. For the first time, I chose ramen. There are 4 boiled eggs. First of all, the ramen is quite filling even at 490 yen. The soup is also very hot. Salt ramen with golden soup based on chicken stock. There was a little bit more oil on the surface and the salty taste was a little strong, but it was delicious enough. Only the noodles are disappointing. The noodles are curly and thick, but I don't like the strong wheat taste or the powdery taste. It would have been perfect if it were straight thin noodles. Considering the price, I can't complain. The boiled egg is half-cooked, just as you would imagine. It comes cut in half. I ordered 4 pieces, so a total of 8 cuts were lined up on my plate. You can eat a lot without having to worry about the number or when to eat. That alone makes me happy.
