Karaage no Takumi opened on August 4, 2022. This is a fried chicken chain store from Sendai. Types of fried chicken include soy sauce, umami salt, sweet sauce, terimayo, umashira, pickled ginger, etc. The soy sauce has a strong flavor, which might be just right for people from Tohoku. Umashio was my personal favorite flavor. I have only eaten two types so far, but I would like to go buy and try the other flavors as well. 2022.9.12 Addendum: The miso karaage made with Sendai miso was mentioned in the owner's reply. It was delicious! It was my first time to eat miso flavored fried chicken and it was delicious!

I'm thinking of buying it again soon for my kids' lunch during summer vacation.
