I thought it couldn't be helped if it was only for one day and there were no special preparations, so I checked the time limit and was told that I would be fine until the first set came, so I decided to wait for the set. Naturally, the rice and miso soup that arrived earlier were cold. As I was wondering if I should ask them to change it, a staff member told me that they would replace it. Systemic mistakes are inevitable. I'm human, so I'm sure I make mistakes. It is important to be considerate and attentive in the subsequent response. I would hate it if this happened to me. I think it's important not to let the other person do what you think. At the final checkout, they gave me a 50 yen discount without saying anything, and I received an apology. It wasn't a question of discounted prices, but rather a desire to do what they could to the best of their ability. Although we made some mistakes, we received the best hospitality. thank you.
