I’m be had Gaburi chicken before but this was my first time not having it for takeaway. The chicken came fast and fresh and was delicious. I also enjoyed the atmosphere there and the staff were helpful when answering questions about which cuts of chicken to go for. The prices were reasonable and the portions were decent too. Recommended if you want to eat some good old fashioned Japanese fried chicken

Our waitress was the greatest person ever. So happy and friendly and excited to chat with us. The food was great too. We especially liked the corn and the chicken.

My friend and I stumbled upon this place on a Friday night in Nagoya. The place seemed crowded full of locals and the beautiful smell of fried chicken nearly solidified the air in front of the place. Of course, we had to stop in (the strange name and logo were also a draw, to be honest). Once inside, we were greeted by a super friendly woman (indeed all of the wait staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to the two clearly foreign and silly patrons that they had to serve). I can't applaud their enthusiasm and kindness enough! The food is surprisingly cheap for what you get (we got out of there for less than 5000 yen total and had food and drink until we were beyond merely being satiated) - succulent pieces of chicken (such as the "arm" of a chicken, which I am not really sure exists, but it was tasty at any rate) are encased in crispy fried dough with a variety of seasoning choices. I'd say the taste is far better than most fried chicken in the US that I've tasted, for sure. The tofu salad was surprisingly huge and really tasty, too (big hunks of tofu along with a salad of fresh greens, onions, and a nice vinaigrette dressing). If you're in Nagoya, avoid the crowded and expensive yakiniku places nearby and run in here. 6 floors of fun (people are rowdy and excited, at least on a Friday night), friendly people, and delicious food. What more could you ask for?
