I heard that a delicious fried chicken restaurant had opened in my hometown, so I went there right away. It used to house a ramen shop, but it has been beautifully renovated. Also, even though it was a weekday, customers were constantly coming. I bought a greedy set of 4-4 or 8 pieces of salt and soy sauce. It’s as big as the picture (lol) The soy sauce was a little sweet, but it was crunchy and chewy, and the salt matched well with the pepper. Both have a crispy coating and soft, chewy texture that go well with rice. I also got a point card with a 10% discount rate and a 100 yen discount coupon, so it felt like a good deal and I would like to come back!

I bought 2-2 or 4 pieces of salt and soy sauce. The salt is light, the soy sauce is strong and punchy, the skin is dry and the meat is juicy and delicious. Since it is freshly fried, we recommend eating it immediately after taking it home. As time passes, the oil will get stronger, so you might want to warm it up in a toaster oven to remove the oil.

Each piece is very large and filling. I prefer the soy sauce flavor. The store clerk is also nice. I buy often.
