The store is on the Kashiwa/Abiko side of Platforms 1 and 2 (Joban Line Rapid Service) near the stopping point of car No. 5 of the 15-car train. The ticket vending machine is on the left as soon as you open the sliding door, and it also supports Suica. Inside the store, the kitchen is on the 2nd line side, the standing eating counter is on the 1st line side, and the counter is divided by a transparent acrylic board. The signboard menu is "Karaage soba / udon", 470 yen for 1 piece of fried chicken, 630 yen for 2 pieces. The soba soup has a strong dashi stock, and the soy sauce is diluted and has an elegant taste. The soba soup is hotter than the store at Abiko Station, but I wonder if it has something to do with the timing of refilling and reheating. Originally, the amount of tsuyu was small, so if you put 2 large fried chicken in it, the temperature of the tsuyu will drop. I'm grateful that they pour me a hot soup that doesn't lose its flavor.

Fried chicken soba @ 400 yen at Yayoiken, located on the Abiko Station platform in Abiko City, Chiba Prefecture. Speaking of Abiko Station, it is Yayoiken's Karaage Soba. As you can see, it's soba noodles topped with large pieces of fried chicken. The batter has a strong flavor, and as it gradually dissolves into the soup, the taste changes. Although it has a very junky taste, I think that's why soba has many fixed fans. #Chiba Prefecture #Chiba #Abiko City #Abiko #Soba #Soba #Yayoiken #1 fried chicken soba #fried soba #tachisoba #road noodles

The Tennodai Station branch of Yayoiken, a stand-up eating soba restaurant at Abiko Station on the JR Joban Line. Abiko Station's famous fried chicken soba noodles are exquisite, and one fried chicken fills you up. The chikuwa tempura is as big as the fried chicken.
