Matsusaka, Mie, Japan｜味浩

A town Chinese restaurant in Matsusaka City! There's no doubt about it, I'm going out of my way to go there. Everything I eat is delicious and the atmosphere is great. I will definitely go again soon. Ramen recommended by my aunt, "Negi Ramen" The combination of green onions and shredded pork belly with green onion oil was super delicious! All in all, it was great.

My wife and I visited for the first time in August 2023 because of the high reviews. The store is narrow. There is a counter, a table and a small rise. There are a lot of regular customers, but they are kind to Izumi-san (I think they are also kind to Izumi-san, the governor of Mie prefecture). As mentioned in the word of mouth, the amount is not half, so my wife chose fried rice, gyoza, and I chose "just a little" of gomoku fried rice. However, if I like fried chicken, it would be fine Only fried chicken choose "normal"! Certainly "just a little" is a general normal size. Even so, fried rice is delicious! "Chicken" appeared when about 1/3 was eaten! Omotawa when you faint. I have about 8 on a lettuce-lined plate. But gyoza, fried rice, and chicken tang were all delicious. It is a repeat decision. Of course, the chicken tang is "just a little".

Lunch visit. Gomoku Ankake Ramen has plenty of vegetables and thin noodles that go with the soup. It wasn't salty and made me want to eat more. Although it looks like a lot, the plate is rather shallow, so even people who eat little can eat it all. Stir-fried beef and celery is perfect with rice. It also has a flavor that is not too strong. The gyoza comes in 6 pieces and has a strong garlic flavor. This is a Chinese restaurant in town that you can eat every day and never get tired of. Personally, I prefer soy sauce to salt for ankake, but this made me love it.
