There are many karaage (fried chicken) specialty stores, but as far as I know, this place is number one or two in Japan! It was delicious to compete for. It may be because my roots are in the northern Kanto region, but this sweet Joppa is exactly what I was looking for! The taste of this soy sauce is unique to this area. I was disappointed that I couldn't find any other local specialties (I had the pear and the Hitachi beef!), so I was very happy with the taste of this soy sauce. Today I had 5 chicken wings and chicken nanban, so tomorrow I will have a different menu! Too much beer.

Both the standard soy sauce and salt for large fried chicken are delicious! The curry flavor was also GOOD for a limited time!

Since my favorite food is chicken and garlic, I can't miss this restaurant. What I always order is a small fried chicken pack and a set of 5 chicken wings. The fried chicken is made with 2 soy sauces, 2 salts, and 2 seasonal ingredients (I used yuzu), and it's big, crispy, and very delicious. It's a little pricey, but I think it's worth it considering the size. Deep-fried chicken wings have that same flavor that everyone loves, so I think alcohol will go well too. Everyone's favorite chicken nanban is loaded with tartare, and they also have fried chicken, chicken nanban, and bento boxes, so you should definitely try it at least once. If there is one disappointing point, the parking lot is a little narrow. Even with that, the taste is so outstanding that I wouldn't deduct a star! Thank you for the meal.
