Fresh food fish!!! My first experience for fugu!!!

I jumped in by myself. The place was full except for the counter. But I was able to sit at the counter. I would like the omakase course. I was convinced of victory at the appetizer stage! Boiled dishes and scallops are both great. All of the local fish were delicious, but the fried Mexicali was outstanding! ! ! The head is crispy and has a strong flavor that makes you bite into it, while the belly and tail are lightly flavored, and you can feel the high-quality fat in the latter half. The landlady was also kind and friendly, and the staff's customer service was wonderful. An additional rice ball was added. I definitely want to go there when I go to Hitachi.
