Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Kuu Curry

I've been a fan of Imamura Motors since the year before last, and I went there for the first time last winter after learning that the older brother runs a curry shop. (Mr. Motors himself has been at the store since June of last year.) It's a fruit-based roux that isn't spicy, and even though I don't like spicy food, I was addicted to it once I tried it! "Bokkake Curry" is especially recommended. I always add cheese topping too (lol) The omelette curry is delicious, and you can also add toppings like fried chicken, ham cutlet, chicken cutlet, etc.!

I ate bokkake curry and beef curry! The photo is beef curry The meat was very tender and the curry was rich and delicious! I was a little nervous when I first entered the store because it is under the overpass, but I was relieved that the inside of the store was clean.

We enjoyed a fun spice lunch, a collaboration between Kuu curry and Fallen Angel Kakki. Interesting and delicious. It seems to be irregular about once a month.
