Beef Katsu curry was fantastic. Owner was incredibly friendly and quite enthusiastic about the atmosphere of his restaurant. It's a small restaurant with seating for maybe 10-15 people. Would suggest dropping by for a visit if you're a fan of AL.

You think you’ve “tried Japanese curry” and know what to expect? Think again. This is unlike anything you get in any grocery store curry or chain store. Completely different flavor profile. Delicious and huge portions. Highly recommend the beef katsu curry!

Visited here with my friend to try the famed 'naval curry' and I am extremely surprised by the delicious and unique taste, far from the 'generic' Japanese curries I have tasted. The chef is super friendly and its really fun talking to him! Would go here again the next time I visit Yokosuka.
