This is my favorite Indian/Nepalese restaurant. The store is located in Nagata, an unassuming (?) area of ​​Kobe, and is located in a shopping facility (sorry!) that is not very lively, so I don't know if it is overlooked by the general public, but Sannomiya is a first-class store. I think this is a full-fledged restaurant that could easily be established as a local street-level restaurant. It goes without saying that the various curries are delicious, but the chicken tikka is also really delicious. The meat is tender and has a slightly aromatic charcoal flavor. The naan is also slightly sweet and exquisite. Basically, you can choose from four levels of spiciness (sweet, normal, dry, and extremely spicy), but this label seems to be a little more exaggerated than the actual perceived spiciness, perhaps to suit Japanese people. I feel it. (This is just my personal opinion) In other words, even though it's "dry", it's not that spicy. However, I don't have the courage to order the next level "super spicy" so far...
