I used it the other day. I didn't think it was as bad as the reviews said. There was only one female clerk. Greetings when entering the store and seat guidance are done properly. When my water bottle was empty, she brought it to me without me having to ask, and when I tried to pick up a hot plate, she easily told me to be careful because it was hot (though that was a more polite way of saying it). When I told her that it was delicious, she probably smiled and thanked me, although I couldn't see her mouth because of her mask. The clerk had a very cheerful voice and made me feel good from the moment I entered the store until I left. She was a very nice salesperson. I'm thinking about going again.
