Cozy homely lunch place. Run by an elderly couple. Nice and kind people. Had the lamb curry with rice, served alongside a fresh lettuce salad. It was really yummy. Hot food on a cold rainy day.

A curry restaurant in Shinkawa near Kayabacho has a sign saying it will close soon due to the owner's age.Currently, it is only open on weekday afternoons for 3 days, so the hurdles are high. They answered the phone 30 minutes earlier, so I arrived after confirming business hours, and there were 2 seats available at the counter right after they opened. The taste is like the spicy curry you get at a luxury hotel, and the rice is also chewy and delicious (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

Curry made by the 75-year-old husband. He left IBM 20 years ago.
