When I visited the sushi restaurant in front of me, I heard someone say, ``The curry shop in front is also delicious,'' so I was the first in line to enter before it opened on weekdays and got the lunch set. I ordered a large serving of spicy chicken and butter chicken. The butter chicken was spicy but tender, and the meat in the spicy curry was definitely guinea, and when I sprinkled it with cheese from a separate plate, it became mellow and easy to eat. It was the first time I saw condensed milk and honey on the table at a curry shop, but I didn't have the courage to try it🤣

I wanted to go to this store, but it was difficult to go there because it was only open from 11:30 to 14:00, but I finished work before noon, so I decided to visit. There are only 3 counter seats and 2 tables for 4 people inside, and when I arrived at 12:00, the tables were already full, but since it was curry, I waited outside thinking it would be empty soon. As expected, a seat was available in less than 15 minutes. Male customers are at the table for about 15 minutes, so there's no problem with waiting. However, the lady was staying for a long time, so it seems like you need to be careful. For curry, I ordered two types of butter chicken curry and pork vindaloo with a large serving of rice. Since it's a Japanese restaurant, they only serve rice (no naan), but the curry taste is much more delicious with a Southeast Asian flavor than the Indian curry restaurants tailored for Japanese customers (though I guess people will either like it or dislike it). The gentle flavor of the butter chicken and the sourness and spiciness of the pork vindaloo contrasted very well, and I enjoyed it until the very end. A curry restaurant that makes you want to come back again if you have the time. Each seat has 3 types of pickles, chili pepper, condensed milk, honey, and spicy sauce? You can change the flavor and eat it, but I think it's good enough as it is.

About 3 minutes on foot from the south exit of Shimoitabashi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from the west exit of JR Itabashi Station. From Shimoitabashi Station With the railroad tracks behind you, walk along Ikebukuro Honmachi Street in the direction of Seven Eleven and you will find it on your left. There is no parking lot, so you need to park at a nearby coin parking. By the way, the CP next to the shop was 200 yen for 30 minutes. It is a shop with 3 seats at the counter and 2 tables for 4 people. Oral orders will be billed later (cash only). Takeout is also possible. Arrived at 11:55 on a weekday in August 2023. There was only one customer, but after that, it was almost full in about 10 minutes. This time, we asked for "2 kinds of assortment (chicken vindaloo & spicy chicken curry) 990 yen" and "lunch set 280 yen". In addition, the lunch set includes a free large serving of barley rice, a drink (Ice chai this time), a salad, and one topping (tomato this time). I was served within 5 minutes. Chicken Vindaloo is moderately sour, but it feels that the spiciness is properly spicy. Pork is also a great amount. Spicy chicken curry is also filled with guinea fowl chicken. Is it as spicy as spicy? Both have a very nice amount of spice. The rice was barley rice, and it was a ridiculous amount when I made it large. About 450g? It may be 300g even if it is normal. There are Fukujinzuke pickles, shallots, and paprika pickles on the table. Also, the topping tomato is a canned tomato with a sour taste. I think this was a good refreshing feeling with this. It is nice to have large drinks (ice/hot chai, plain/kiwi/mango lassi, ginger ale, iced coffee). So I think it's a wonderful curry house that is cheap and full of volume. There are curry of the month, massaman curry, grilled curry, etc., so I would definitely like to visit again.
