A spice curry specialty store that originated in Osaka, located in Tokyo Curry Quartet on the B1 floor of Yaechika. (Outside the ticket gate at Tokyo Station) It's a small shop with about 5 counters and 4 tables, but the interior is quite bright and hygienic. I'm glad the store clerk is doing well. First of all, they ask me if it's my first time, and if it's my first time, I don't seem to be able to choose between keema or noodle curry (for some reason, they didn't ask me...maybe because I was being dignified). The keema curry I received this time had a very smooth roux, even thinner than the Hokkaido soup curry, but it had a strong umami flavor, plenty of spices, and a very delicate taste. The rice is a slightly unusual turmeric barley rice, and the firmness of the rice goes well with this roux. It's not that spicy, and the shishito pepper that comes with it is even spicier. It also came with grapefruit juice to reduce the spiciness, but I ate it all before I could touch it... It's certainly a good curry, but the fact that it's not the typical "Pack, delicious!" flavor is very Kansai-like, and people here in the Kanto region may choose it over others. On the other hand, it is rare to find a restaurant in the Kanto region that serves such a well-seasoned curry, so be sure to give it a try. At checkout, you can use cash, card, cashless, transportation, and QR payments. (As of September 2023)

"For first-time customers, click here." I thought it was recommended for first-timers because it was listed in the menu. When I asked, "What are fireworks?" "Is this your first time as a customer?" she asked. "First-time customers can only order from here." Is it strictly applied? All the customers who came later were asked the same question. Ordered curry noodle rice. Enjoy rice flour noodles with curry. The rule seems to be to drink grapefruit juice while biting into chili peppers and feel the spiciness. When you finish eating the noodles, add the rice and eggs and season. It was spicy and delicious. Maybe next time there will be fireworks

Tonight it's my favorite Columbia 8. TOKYO CURRY QUARTET is one of four famous curry shops located near Yurakucho in Yaesu underground shopping center. It didn't look like curry at all, and it was quite spicy, so at first I felt weird about it, but I got used to it and now I'm addicted to spices. When I heard that it originated in Osaka, I found myself thinking, ``Naruhodo''. The staff are also very friendly, which is one of the joys of visiting. You may not like it or like it, but it's irresistible for spice lovers 😋
