I had been curious about it for a while and was in the mood for curry, so I went in! I made it as a European-style curry sausage! The curry roux is sticky and really delicious! The sausages also seemed to be made with special care and were delicious. The menu is so rich that it can be confusing, but I want to try a lot of different things. I will stop by again!
