Taito City, Tokyo, Japan｜Hinoya Curry

Amazingly tasting food with complimentary soup. Generous portions on the dishes. The owner was very humble and friendly. We went to this restaurant on our first night in Tokyo and returned on our last night. I ordered a cheese and fried chicken curry (shown in photo), and wish I had more space to have another serving.

Brilliant little place, the interior design is very basic but somewhat authentic and homely. It was never busy when I visited (twice) you order on a little vending machine out the front of the store (which is very cheap i must say) and hand your ticket to the man behind the counter. The food was brilliant and didn't take long to arrive and the chef was very kind too. Visited the first night as I needed something quick and easy, and I came back the following night as it was so good. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

This place was amazing! Family owned Japanese Restaurant, felt like being invited to their dinner. Food was delicious. Being curry lover spot on taste over 5 star Rating. Can only recommend!
