The amount of rice can also be adjusted. Well, today's order is "Indian curry (900 yen)"! ! Indian curry comes with curry, rice, and achar, and coffee is served after the meal. The curry is so rich that you could almost call it a soup. The ingredients include chicken thighs and 1/4 cut potatoes. It's not as spicy as Kashmiri curry, but it's still quite spicy. However, the spices are well balanced and the result is a very delicious curry. Rice is served in a unique way. It has more volume than it looks. Also, it's nice that it's cooked to a firm consistency to go well with this crunchy curry. At first, the curry was elegantly poured onto the rice little by little. However, it gradually becomes troublesome. . . And before I even ate half of it, I ended up pouring curry over it all (lol) It's already the usual pattern (lol) (^_^; Ahaha... However, the curry here has a lot of roux. This is enough to accommodate a large serving of rice. Onion achar instead of fukujinzuke. I'd like to say it's good for refreshing the palate, but the spiciness of the curry makes my mouth burn and I can't really taste it (lol) Coffee is served after the meal. This coffee is a dark roasted demitasse coffee and is quite delicious♪ The curry here is generally very filling, so you'll feel quite full.
