The curry I ordered this time was "Large loin cutlet curry" (1100 yen) According to the information I received in advance, adding raw egg would make it sweeter, so I added raw egg topping (50 yen). The taste of curry roux is... spicy! After that comes a slight sweetness and fruitiness. When it comes out, it's piping hot so I eat it quickly... It's still painful 💦 However, once the rough fever starts to go away, I can't stop using the spoon! The curry here is a hit. The loin cutlet was a little thicker than expected and tasted good. Added macaroni salad, a service item, to curry to change the taste. The combination of mayonnaise and curry is also delicious. The price is reasonable, so you can go there for lunch or dinner. After that, I wanted disposable chopsticks, because I had to cut the loin cutlet with a spoon and it was difficult to eat, so it's convenient to have chopsticks.

The roux gets hotter as you eat. If you increase the amount, it will tingle in the second half. Maybe because I made it to Deca 2, I ran out of roux at the end. I wish I could choose the amount of rice. I wonder if it's addictive.
