It's been a while since I came here, but it was delicious. It's great that you can customize the amount and spiciness. Also, the salads, dressings, and iced coffee cups are perfectly chilled, which shows that they are particular about their food. Personally, I find that the ratio of rice to roux doesn't match and I don't have enough roux, so it would be great if I could customize this ratio as well. postscript You can choose between one or two ladlefuls of curry roux, so even someone like me who likes roux a lot could customize it.
