Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Soup Curry Okushiba Store Ekimae Soseiji

Amazing soup curry that’s located close to Sapporo Station. Ordered 2 of the Hamburger Steak and Vegetable Soup Curry with shrimp soup, one with broccoli as a topping (with spice level 3) and the other with okra (spice level 4). Soup was so flavourful and the hamburger steak was so thick and juicy. Was also very enjoyable eating the variety of vegetables inside. Also ordered the yuzu lassi which complimented the meal very well. English menu available and staff were very friendly. Arrived at 5:30 on a Friday night with no wait time however did notice a queue forming when we left. Highly recommend.

My first meal in Sapporo, greeted by the delicious soup Curry with Hamburg! Flavour and spicy-ness is just balanced out for me! Expect some waiting time during peak hours

Arrived at 18:50 and waited for about 20 minutes to get into the restaurant on a weekday evening. The staff would ask what we want to eat when we’re lining up and the food come short after we are settled inside. There’re quite a number of soup curry choice and we ordered one chicken drumstick and hamburger steak soup curry. The chicken is so soft and the vegetables are sweet and fresh. I think the veggies are so nice and I would definitely come back for this one. Highly recommended!
