It's been more than 10 years since I visited curry specialty stores, but Cocoichi's recently started offering a sweet roux, and the ``sweet roux + 3 spicy'' is rich and has just the right amount of spiciness (in my opinion), and it's even more delicious than the Cocoichi's from a while back.
