About 5 minutes walk from Minami Urawa Station. A South Indian restaurant located near the underpass of the main street. You can eat veg/non-veg meals. It seems like there are 4 counter seats and table seats in the back, but it's a small shop. The menu is either Boli Meals, Non-veg Meals, or Veggie Meals. I ordered the Bolimirsu (1,600 yen), which has the most complete content. A set of 1 type of today's non-vegetarian curry, 1 type of today's veggie curry, sambar and rasam, basmati rice, papad, and side dishes. Sambar and rasam can be refilled once. For non-vegetarian food, I chose fish. I've had meals at various restaurants, but the ones at this restaurant have the most simple and natural flavor. Meals are eaten in a way that allows you to enjoy the variety of flavors by pouring multiple curries onto rice. ・Today's non-vegetarian curry Curry with fish cod. This is the only rich type on this menu. The difference from vegetable curry is clear. It was delicious with a gentle use of spices. I also wanted to try the meat curry. It must be delicious. ・Today's non-vegetarian curry A beautiful looking white curry. Coconut milk curry with radish and small beans? Very refreshing and simple taste. ・Sambal Bean and vegetable curry. Its simple and gentle taste makes you want to eat it every day. I like it very much. ・Rasam I was expecting something with a strong acidity and spiciness, but this is an unusual type with a slight sourness. Do not interfere with other dishes. ・Basmati rice It's crunchy and delicious. Refills are required due to quantity. ・Papad Bean rice crackers. ·side dish Is it something that seems to be made by frying lotus root with tamarind to give it a sour taste? Something like pumpkin and roasted whole spices? was. It's a good accent. It was a restaurant that served simple meals that set it apart from other famous South Indian restaurants. If you want to eat it once in a while, other restaurants are good, but if you want to eat it every day, I think this restaurant's meal is better. Some people probably like it a lot, but I don't know if it will appeal to everyone.

It was my first time to eat South Indian Bolimirs. The unique way of eating it is that when the food is served, you take out a small plate, spread the rice all over the plate, and mix each curry with it. This was my first time at such an authentic Indian curry restaurant, and I enjoyed the food to the very end. Thank you for the meal.

The basmati, accompanying achar, papadhu, curry, sambar, dal, rasam, and authentic meals are all sophisticated and of a high standard. Personally, I prefer to eat a lot of Japanese-style and Western-style single-colored curry rather than small portions at Meals, so it's a shame that there is no single curry item (2022/9). Try mixing all the small plates! I gave it a try, but I thought it wasn't for me. The rasam and each plate are ali. You can refill the same amount of basmati for 200 yen. There are only 6 seats at the counter, and there is no line up at lunchtime on Saturdays.
