Yasu, Shiga, Japan｜縁屋

It runs by lovely Obachan and Ojichan. The moment i entered the shop, i felt so warm inside my heart. This has the authenticity feeling and seems shop is very old but well maintained which makes me loving more. Taste is soooo good so well. They have a lot of menus with cheap price each. The soba is 茶そば, soba that is made from mix between soba flour and some tea powder. It is very close to Yasu station. They even have curry, as well for Yakiniku set. I tried to enter the store at around 11:20, thinking that it opened at 11:00, but when I looked closely I saw that the noren was still in the store, but they happily said, "Come in!" I received the "Beef tendon curry bowl" (870 yen), which I had been curious about since I had read about it. The meat was tender and the curry was exactly like a delicious curry from a soba restaurant. The soup stock of the small udon noodles that came with it was irresistibly delicious, and I was very impressed. At first glance, I didn't think the rice in the bowl was that big, but it was quite filling, and it also came with udon noodles, albeit a small one, so I was pretty full. However, after I finished eating, I realized that it was probably something to eat on a midsummer day lol.

This is the second time I visited the store. I had [Yuba Ankake Udon] and [Oyakodon]. Both are very delicious. There is a parking lot next to the store, but it is small, so please be careful when visiting. For the upcoming cold season, we recommend Yuba Ankake Udon.
