My first attempt at Kanazawa curry, which I have never eaten before! ️ According to everyone's reviews, it's a sticky roux on an aluminum plate. Salty seasoning seems to be the definition of Kanazawa curry🍛. I hesitate in front of the ticket vending machine, but decide to go for the luxurious pork cutlet anyway. Chicken cutlet. Fried shrimp 🍤. Wiener. Boiled egg. I ordered bomber curry with cabbage on top. It's certainly gorgeous, but I was a little disappointed by the 450g portion that was delivered to me. In the end, I tried to finish the meal more than just the taste, but it wasn't possible. Sorry for leaving you behind😖. I'm still hungry. It is forbidden to be unreasonable. I think the taste was a little too salty for me... The inside of the store is clean and the countermeasures against coronavirus are perfect👌. The toilet 🚽 is also convenient 😇 with an automatic lid opener.

There are an increasing number of Kanazawa curry restaurants in the prefecture, but if you want to try something original (go-go or chan kare), this is the place! It's near the national highway and has a parking lot, so it's easy to access, so I always stop by when I go to Matsumoto. There are some reviews that say the cutlet is thin and stingy, but authentic Kanazawa curry is like this, unless it's said in 0.1 mm increments (lol) 5,000 yen and 10,000 yen bills cannot be used at ticket vending machines. You can use 2,000 yen bills (lol)

Ishikawa has long had turban curry, Indian curry, champion curry, followed by Alba curry, Go Go curry, gold curry, etc., and in recent years it has become famous as Kanazawa curry mainly in Kanazawa. I was looking forward to the curry here, since it's called "Kanazawa Curry." I think the taste is similar to Go Go Curry or Alba Curry. I ordered "Bomber Curry" from the original menu here. It was 450g of curry and rice, topped with pork cutlet, chicken cutlet, fried shrimp, sausage, boiled egg, and cabbage, so I was full. I was satisfied. I would like to visit again.
