Sakuho, Nagano, Japan｜Higemegane

I've always wanted to go and finally came. Even though it was a weekday, the place was full within 15 minutes of opening. But the rotation is quick, probably because I know there will be a line. Pakistani curry was so delicious I was surprised. Spice's weirdness made me speechless for a while. It's called crumbly chicken, and this is how you boil it down to its deliciousness! That's what it feels like. I opened my eyes to curry. The keema was delicious, but the Pakistani one was just too good. Just one type is enough! As much as that. I will definitely come again. The problem is using the restroom. The lock is very small and the toilet itself is very small, so I'm worried that if someone accidentally opens the door with too much force, I'll end up staring at them...I'd like them to renovate it someday.

I heard that it was very popular, so I was prepared to go, but fortunately, I waited for about 30 minutes and was able to enter. My husband and I ordered all kinds of curries and compared them, but they were all really excellent! ! ! My husband and I especially liked the butter chicken curry and the limited edition okra and mackerel curry. Butter chicken is not the sweet curry you eat elsewhere, but it was a delicious butter chicken curry that I had never eaten before. Mackerel and okra curry was an exquisite Japanese-style curry with Japanese-style soup stock and spicy chili peppers. I know this is popular. I definitely want to go again, and I would like to enjoy toppings such as cheese and coriander.

There was a bit of a line because it was a popular restaurant, but I had no idea that I could eat such delicious curry in Nagano! I had 3 types of curry, and it was the best lunch time because the taste was good, the owner was attentive, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere (^^)
