The seasoning can be a little spicy. After-meal coffee or tea service is available. A remnant of Nagoya's morning culture?

The addition of cabbage to the rich flavor of the curry gives it a nice texture without being too strong. You can add something to make the curry spicy, but personally I like to add honey to make it sweeter and enjoy the curry from a different angle. Coffee after the meal is also free, so I highly recommend it.

It was very rare to be able to eat Kanazawa curry in Nagoya! The thickness of the roux was also delicious with the spice working! I was very confused because I bought it at the ticket vending machine. I want to go twice a week.
