Since I was nearby for work, I visited Maya Masala Kariya branch for lunch on Saturday. It's about a 10 minute walk from Kariya Station, but there are many parking lots. The inside of the store is large and there are quite a few table seats, and there are partitions in place to prevent the spread of coronavirus. When I visited the store after 12:00, there were no customers in the store yet, but a few groups of customers gradually started coming in. They had curry and rice, which is unusual for an Indian restaurant, so I ordered that. The roux is an Indian curry (today's daily curry, it's a chicken and mushroom curry, and it's served on a Japanese-style plate with rice. The key point is that the rice is topped with grilled sausages. Salad. (comes with fries), a drink (I chose lassi), and an additional 100 yen for a large serving of rice, for a total of 850 yen, which is a reasonable cost performance. There are many other lunch menu items, and the regular curry set includes all-you-can-eat naan and rice. There are some menu items that you don't often see at Indian restaurants, such as fried rice lunch (850 yen) and pork garlic steak (1,180 yen), so I would like to go there again. P.S. Later, I visited for lunch on a Saturday, and this time I had the daily lunch. It costs 850 yen, which includes a daily curry (today it was chicken and shimeji curry), salad, drink, and free refill of naan or rice. The huge naan was freshly baked and delicious. However, it took longer than expected from the time I ordered a refill until it arrived. It may depend on the number of orders at the time (there were only a few orders today), but if you want a second helping, it might be a good idea to order it early. Anyway, after receiving two pieces of naan, I was full (^-^) P.S.2 When I went back later, the daily lunch menu was 850 yen with unlimited refills of naan or rice, but you can only get one refill (i.e. 2 pieces or 2 cups in total) and the price has increased to 880 yen. This is probably due to the recent rise in prices. I think this is still well worth it.

I drank Lassi for the first time! ! Really impressed! Honey is the best naan after all! The daily curry is delicious and the salad is delicious! ! The salad contained bean sprouts, but I wonder if it was seasoned with curry powder! It's so delicious! ! ! I can't believe it's bean sprouts! ! I'm really thankful to you! !
