Very nice japanese curry. Restaurant is a bit small so go early

I visited the curry restaurant "Cumin" in Naka Ward, Nagoya. When I used to live nearby, I used to come here often on Saturdays and Sundays for lunch and dinner. It was closed from Monday to Wednesday, and was open four days a week, from Thursday to Sunday. When I visited just after noon, it was already full. I waited outside for about 20 minutes. Previously, the shop was only run by a married couple, but today, during lunchtime, there were two more staff members. Various menus. It's basically curry, but there are so many toppings that it's fun to decide. I was confused about the ``chicken Asakusa curry,'' but ended up choosing the ``shrimp and scallop curry,'' size M, spicy. Each dish is carefully prepared, so it takes a little time to serve, but the best way to enjoy cumin is to take that into account. Curry arrived. It's a beautiful plate. First of all, there are a lot of ingredients, and the appearance of the arrangement is fun. When it comes to curry, I usually run out of curry sauce halfway through eating it, so I keep calculating the distribution until the last bite, thinking things like things like, ``Maybe I put too much curry on it,'' ``Maybe I had too much white rice,'' or ``I'm going to eat white rice without the ingredients here.'' I'm going to go through the "PDCA cycle" while repeating planning, execution, evaluation, and improvement, and my head will be spinning, and my eyes will be spinning and I'll be exhausted (I'm exaggerating, though). Cumin curry has plenty of sauce. This makes me happy. When humans have some mental space, they feel more relaxed and relaxed. Leisurely, calm, gentle, and hawkish. With cumin, there is no risk of feeling discouraged along the way. The curry sauce is exquisite, and although it is a Japanese-style Western dish with lots of beef, it has a strong aroma from a variety of spices, and is full of sweetness and umami from the vegetables. Thick and smooth. It has a mild spiciness, a refreshing aftertaste, and a gentle taste that lingers. It's really delicious. The ingredients are also excellent, with the shrimp and scallops carefully sautéed separately without being stewed, and the heat and salt level are optimized. It's healthy because it's full of mushrooms, and the soup stock blends well into the curry sauce. For the last bite, I can't decide between shrimp, scallops, or basic beef, and I end up choosing shrimp instead. Even though there was a lot of curry in the portion, it was still extremely delicious, right down to the last bite, which was covered with curry. When I look at my finished plate, I feel both loneliness and love. This is a famous restaurant that I hope will continue for as long as possible.
