This time I was very hungry, so I ordered a large serving (+150 yen). Spicy is medium spicy. My sister is managing it all by herself. I heard that the shop has a history of less than 50 years. It was served in about 30 seconds after ordering. Put the rice on the side, put the roux in the curry pod, and separate it! And how speedy 😆 Hard cooked rice strike. The curry itself is close to chicken keema. The texture of the crispy, finely chopped onion is delightful, and the aroma of cardamom spreads throughout your mouth. There are many curries with cumin and coriander, but the curry here is a bit different. It's light, but I think it's irresistible for those who like the seasoning that you won't get tired of eating. Whenever I come to Nagoya for about 20 years, I always stop by this curry 🍛Sometimes I eat inside the restaurant and then go home, but most of the time. I always take out the roux. Since I can buy just the roux, I add it to freshly cooked rice at home and enjoy it as a home-cooked curry. (Save as frozen curry) This is my favorite curry that is gentle on the body and unlike any other ✌️💕I'm a sweet person, but the sweetness of the onions is the best. I like that it's not spicy and I can feel the flavor of the vegetables. The photo is old, so I think the price has changed. Curry that is loved for a long time is priceless😌💓
