Oyama, Tochigi, Japan｜Yasuzu Curry

Wonderful curry. I discovered Indian spices in 1972. Love the varied curries an masalas that they produce. This shop is as good as it gets. Only here a few days but have to go back. For those who prefer milder food the curry will please you. If like me, you like heat in your food ask for the spicy sauce. I had chicken curry lunch set but added chai and the spicy sauce. The naan was perfect with dome dark brown on the oven side but soft and chewey for dipping. Great place for the great town Oyama. The shop's aroma is very soothing and pleasant.

A curry shop located on the 1st floor of Robre, at the west exit of Oyama Station. While I was looking for a delicious-looking curry with naan, I found a shop that had cheese naan that caught my attention. The store was spacious and clean, and the staff were all kind. This time I ordered the "Chicken Curry Cheese Naan Set". A set that includes the main curry, cheese naan, soup, salad, pickles, and a drink. The spicy curry goes well with the rich and chewy cheese naan for a mild flavor. This is my first time trying cheese naan and I think I'll be hooked. A satisfying lunch set. It was delicious.

For lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, you can choose from three types of curry. It also comes with a salad bar, which is recommended. The naan dough is thin and easy to eat. We sometimes deliver food, but there are also menus exclusively for delivery, so it's definitely worth it.
