At the end of the four-wheel license course, we had a set meal boiled in motsu. It's full of offal and delicious. Next time, I would like to have it in a hungry state after Tsukuba Circuit.

Located inside the Tsukuba Circuit paddock, the famous offal stew set meal (¥750) is popular. Other popular menu items include cutlet curry and minced meat cutlet set meals.

Sunday, October 28, 2018 The offal stew set meal here is truly exquisite! Personally, it is the most delicious offal stew in Japan. There are 3 types of Ichimi & Shichimi, which is also good! I like the spicy shichimi in the middle. It's one of the things I look forward to when I race in Tsukuba. A large serving of rice is an additional 100 yen.
