We came to Kyomachi's "Tempura Takahashi", a tempura specialty restaurant that is rare in Okayama. Visit at the start time with advance reservation and get a table seat by the window. There is also a counter seat, so it seems that you can see the deep-fried food carefully. The first is Okinawa Nago live tiger prawn first fried, the head and body are separated and fried. The body is very sweet, the head has a fragrant taste, and you can enjoy the taste of miso. Otaru, Hokkaido Deep-fried North Sea scallops. . . It is also naturally sweet. Wakayama Takanoguchi Fried sesame tofu was served, and the clam soup had an elegant taste, and the sesame tofu was sticky. Okayama Tsurajima lotus root deep-fried tofu, large size divided into 3 parts, thick enough. It's the season when it gets cold, so it's the time when it's going to be delicious. Okayama Kasaoka chrysanthemum yam deep-fried with isobe, this is also a seasonal vegetable. Chiba Kujukurihama Clam wrapper, as the name suggests, is wrapped in batter, including the shell, and fried. You can fully enjoy the unique umami taste because the clam flavor is contained. Hyogo Awaji Island Deep-fried ground conger eel is a large size. The steamed meat is plump, and the meat is light, but the curry powder accentuates it. It was delicious. Each dish was served with great care, and even though we weren't seated at the counter, it was just the right amount of warmth, and each dish was served in a way that suited each ingredient (grated radish, salt, curry salt, tempura sauce, etc.). Since it was tempura, I was worried that it might be heavy on my stomach, but that wasn't the case at all. I want to go again.
