More Comments at Google Map2023.11 Visited for lunch on a certain Saturday. The 1,800 yen dish consisted of sweet potato, eggplant, pumpkin, two shrimp, and kakiage shrimp. The exterior looks old, and it took a lot of courage to enter, but the inside has a very calming atmosphere, with old items carefully used. Perhaps because it was a lunch break, the owner was running the restaurant by himself, but the gentle and calm atmosphere made the restaurant feel more comfortable. Even though the food was being fried right in front of me, I didn't notice the smell. The ventilation fan is also well maintained and there is no oil dripping, so it seems that ventilation is proper. The most important part of the dish is that it is quickly prepared right in front of your eyes and then fried until crispy. The sauce was a little sweet, which was a little disappointing since I like salty food, but the pickled vegetables and miso soup were salty, so it was just right when I balanced it out. I think it's very good for people who like sweet sauce. The highlight was the shrimp kakiage, which had a lot of shrimp that were a little too big to be called small shrimp. I want to eat this kakiage with salt. . I didn't have time to eat the sashimi, so I had to leave the restaurant with just Tenju, but I'm curious as to what the ``shrimp odori'' on the menu was. Oh, the photo shows the salad already eaten, sorry.
weekday lunch. It's almost full because it's in front of the ward office. I was able to sit at a table seat that happened to be vacant. The inside of the store is an old-fashioned set restaurant, and the atmosphere of the general who is a little older is good, and I remembered the lively Showa era and felt nostalgic. I ordered the 950 yen service tendon. It came with salad, miso soup, pickles, and a piece of apple. The main tempura bowl has a sweet sauce, and the tempura is fried firmly and crisply. It's the best tempura for a cheap set meal shop in the city. I don't have a picture, but the kakiage of the tea soba set my wife ordered was also excellent, and the tea soba had a good flavor, so I wanted to ask for it next time.
A Japanese restaurant that mainly serves tempura, within walking distance from Higashi-Kanagawa Station. When I went around 12:00, it was almost full. It's small with about 4 seats at the counter (4 seats for 1-2 people *reduced due to coronavirus) and 4 tables. The service tempura rice bowl I had for lunch took less time than fast food as they started peeling the shrimp after ordering, but it was freshly fried and crunchy and delicious. This saves you 900 yen! It serves lunch during the day and serves as an izakaya at night. Next time I want to go at night. Both the clerk and the general manager were very nice people.
