V good tempura don

We stopped by for lunch on a Sunday as we were exploring around Tokyo station and we found this absolutely charming tempura restaurant. The proprietor was an utterly charming woman who spoke excellent English and gave us a brilliant understanding of Tempura and recommendations. The food was excellent and very reasonable.
