This is a restaurant with counter seats only. The owner behind the counter places freshly fried tempura on your plate one after another! What's more, the miso soup and rice come with free refills and the service is perfect. I always eat there after coming back from an event at the Suginami Labor Welfare Center. The menu includes various options to the base set meal, so you can change the amount you eat depending on whether you're hungry or the time of day ☺️ Lastly, place the egg tempura on top of the rice and top with the tempura sauce. You can eat as much rice as you want, so be careful. My stomach is getting bloated lol Lunch is also available, but depending on the time of day, the owner may take care of everything by himself, so please make sure you have plenty of time before you go!

The store can be reached within 5 minutes on foot from Nishi-Ogikubo. There is no tatami room for customers, only a counter. On this day, we had a seasonal tempura set meal. It was freshly fried and very crispy, and I kept saying how delicious it was as I ate it. The set meal comes with sashimi, pickles, and miso soup, all of which are delicious and filling. The staff were also very kind. I think I want to go again.
