A tempura restaurant in Sannomiya, Kobe. The tempura you get as part of the course is perfect for a small reward. The courses are seasonal, so you'll never get bored. Shrimp is the standard, but the seasonal vegetable tempura is nice. I had a luxurious time enjoying the seasonal flavors of tempura. The interior of the restaurant was lovely, and the tableware used was also nice, and it was nice to be able to have tea in a Hermès cup after the meal. It may change depending on the time and order of offering. I was treated with courtesy and was able to enjoy a pleasant meal from start to finish. Reservations required. The rice for the meal is delicious. It can also be made into tencha. If you have room in your stomach, try a second helping of rice. All the ingredients used are delicious. It was my first time to eat tempura made with tempura sauce made into a smooth mousse, and it was surprisingly delicious.

This is a popular tempura restaurant that opened in Kobe. The luxurious building houses many famous stores, and just looking at the floor guide gives you a sense of class. When you take the elevator to the 4th floor, the entire floor is occupied by this shop. There was a private room on the right side and a counter seat on the left side, and the single plate on the counter was so impressive that it caught my eye. I was lucky to be shown to a special seat where I could watch the food being prepared right in front of me. First, try Taiwanese oolong tea, which suppresses oil absorption, as an aperitif tea. Oh bitter, lol Let's soothe your taste buds with a beer right away. ・Awaji Island swordfish It is eaten with edamame paste tempura dipping sauce. Of course the hairtail is steamy and delicious, but the edamame tempura sauce is the best! At the end, I vulgarly picked and ate the leftover paste-like tempura sauce, lol. ・Matsutake Mushroom Charcoal Charcoal I like to roast matsutake mushrooms as is. I guess the scent is a little weak. I fell in love with the delicious taste of Awayuki salt more than the matsutake mushrooms, haha. At some point, the lemon flavor of grated radish (coarse) came out. It leaves your mouth feeling refreshed, so enjoy it as a snack. ・Kagoshima ginkgo tempura This is really delicious. The amount of salt is perfect and the sweetness of the ginkgo nuts stands out. ・Nagasaki sword tip squid I also like squid tempura! Moreover, I fell in love with the deluxe version with Karasumi on it♪ ・Shrimp Shiitake Mushroom There's plenty of ground shrimp inside the umbrella. That's why the aroma and sweetness of shiitake mushrooms and squid is wonderful♪ ・Shizuoka golden sea bream soup Golden sea bream is made into tempura and then grilled on a charcoal grill to add flavor, then floated on top of the soup. This smells amazing and is well worth the effort. So delicious! ・Akashi's conger eel tempura hand-rolled sushi style I received it by hand and I was so happy! The seaweed is extremely crispy and extremely flavorful! The conger eel was supposed to be the star, but it was so delicious that the seaweed seemed to be the star. ・Maitake tempura Crispy fried Maitake mushrooms with curry salt. Ah, this is delicious too. ・Nagasaki prawn tempura Shrimp perfectly balanced on a beautiful plate. There's a lot of light snow salt on it. It's best if you eat it with lots of Awayuki salt gasa on top! Not only the shrimp but also the salt is really delicious ^ ^ ・Hokkaido cheese tempura The melty and soft cheese is so delicious when you bite into it. ・Seaweed tempura topped with sea urchin Lots of sea urchin in seaweed tempura. It was delicious, but I think there was too much sea urchin in the balance. ・Mozuku Is it good mozuku? I was surprised at how delicious it was. ・Autumn eggplant What looked like mayonnaise was a tempura mousse. A playful and delicious dish. ・Earthen pot rice Komeha Tsuyahime. It's delicious when you eat Sujiko with rice! There's also fried shrimp, so at the end, pour in the soup stock and make a delicious ochazuke. ・Fig tempura and salt ice cream The cross section of the fig is beautiful♪ Warm tempura and cold ice cream are the perfect combination. There were quite a lot of items, and I had a blissful time. All of them are very delicious, but this one is not good! There was nothing I could think of. The owner? He's also a very friendly and nice person. It's a good store, so I'd like to come again if I can. It was a feast!
