It's a tempura specialty restaurant that I don't often get a chance to go into, but I visited it during lunch time. The inside of the restaurant is not large, but you can see the owner frying the tempura behind the counter, and the hostess's polite customer service gives it the feel of a hidden tempura restaurant. I had the recommended tempura bowl for lunch. Two small shrimp, eggplant, and fried shrimp underneath the green beans. As it is a specialty store, the frying oil has a nice aroma. The rice bowl sauce is neither too sweet nor too spicy, making it a perfect seasoning that doesn't interfere with the tempura. When you're eating it, there's a refreshing scent from time to time, probably due to the yuzu pieces in it, so you don't get tired of it, which is often the case with tempura bowls. The salad had pickles, and the miso soup was a red clam stock. I feel like there is quite a lot of rice. I think it's no exaggeration to say that 1,210 yen (as of October 2023) is an unprecedented price in this day and age where prices are constantly increasing.

Even though it was my first visit as a female alone during lunch time, I was relieved by the friendly manners of the owner and proprietress. It seems to be very crowded during lunch time. Because everything is delicious. Freshly fried tempura and crispy Even though I don't know much about the quality of white rice, it was so delicious that I wanted a second helping of white rice. I was very happy with the thoughtfulness of the landlady who called me an elevator when I was leaving. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal♪

It is located on the basement floor of a building facing Nampa Street. When you open the door, it is a shop with a neat atmosphere. The restaurant has 4 tables and 7 counter seats. Even though it opened at the same time, there was already one customer. By the way, there were visitors one after another, and by the time I left, it was almost full. There are 4 types of lunch. The marked "Recommended Tendon" (1,210 yen including tax). Large servings are free. The owner will silently fry it right in front of the counter. The women in the hall also have a voice and the store is lively. In about 5 minutes, a tray with salad, pickles, and miso soup will be served without the bowl. Immediately after that, the owner hands over the tendon over the counter. The tempura bowl that was handed to me was very heavy! Tempura is piled up in order, and the volume and visual are perfect first. And the most important thing is the taste... Really delicious! The oil is not persistent at all, and the amount of sauce is exquisite. The sauce is not too sweet, and the rice is soaked in just the right amount. The tempura consists of 2 prawns, kakiage (with small shrimp!), eggplant, shishito peppers, and is also very filling. Everything is top notch. And the best part is the rice. The grains are standing, and even if the sauce is applied, the feeling is zero. The taste of the rice is just right, and you can eat a lot of bowls without tempura. As for tempura bowl, Tomisato's Tenyu was personally number one, but I'm not losing here either. The shop was almost perfect. I will go again to conquer 4 types. Thank you for the meal! ️
