Last year, I have 9 course Kaiseki with my father. The tempura with salt quite impressive. Restaurant atmosphere especially private room could offer you the great dining experience.

Hospitality is important to me. Nakasei's staff made me feel warmly welcome each time I went (twice in three days whilst I was in Tokyo), the food was delicious (I had Ebi Tendon - ebi tempura over rice), & the sake selection complemented the food (as a bartender at a Japanese restaurant this is noticeable to me). I had a seat overlooking the pond the first time & a table the last time. They excel at what they do. It's no wonder they've been in business since before the industrial revolution.

Really nice typical Japanese restaurant. Great tempura.
