More Comments at Google MapThis is a soba restaurant in Nishi-Hachioji that serves consistently delicious food every day. Thank you for the meal🙏
A friend took me there. Roasted duck? The grilled duck meat was delicious ✨ Of course, the soba noodles were delicious too. I was reassured that infection control measures were in place. I even had Kuzukiri for dessert (it was delicious✨) and immediately excused myself after I finished eating. At this time of year, it would be better to call before going. It seems that the soba noodles will be gone soon.
From the north exit of Nishi-Hachioji Station, walk along the road toward the Musashino clock tower and turn left at the intersection with Hidakaya. If you walk west for about 8 minutes, you will arrive at Yamaizumi. This is a handmade soba restaurant. Not only the soba noodles, but also the soup stock is delicious. The side menu is also extensive. There is a chair seat at the entrance of the store, and a tatami room (Hori Kotatsu style) in the back. Today, I visited with my family for the first time in several years, and I ordered zaru soba (large serving). It may seem boring, but the soup stock is delicious. Soba noodles with plenty of soba flavor are still alive and well.
