I had known about this store for a long time, but I had never been to it. I learned that Chishima Wasabi Farm's wasabi seaweed was available here, so I went there. I've been a fan of Chishima Wasabien's Wasabi Nori for a long time, and I used to drive to Okutama to buy it. The flavor of soba and the aroma and stimulation of freshly grated wasabi are truly delicious. I put a little bit of wasabi on the soba without melting it, and it was delicious when I ate it.

I highly recommend it. The soba is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and you can grate your own wasabi ♪ It was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo (´ε｀;)

The soba soup is delicious. The smell of soba. Okutama raw wasabi is delicious.
